We are currently preparing
our house for sale in order to close our purchase of a new condo from a developer in mid-June.

There is one nagging question which keeps us awake at night - how much (time) leeway will the developer allow to complete the condo closing IF we have *not* sold our house in time...? Is there time flexibility built into
the "system" to allow for delayed closing..?

thanks for passing this on. but haven't ftl been able to apply to lsuc for an abridgment of articles for some time? i went through the nca, bar exams and articling...i'm not sure if knocking a few months off the process will result in anything more than a small amount of relief for otherwise tested and approved lawyers. getting a job without articling is going to be more of a challenge for these poor souls!

I think children should be taught MMA from young age if they show interest. They shouldnt be forced to learn MMA.
